Greetings VillageFest Friends!
It’s time to think about VillageFest 2017; let’s celebrate our amazing community within the Twin Cities! VillageFest activities will be August 4th -6th, and will include fun for the entire family. This event has become a well-known St. Anthony tradition!
The fun includes; a 5K, 1/4 mile Tot Trot, Petting Zoo, Bouncy Houses, Silent Auction, Vendor Fair, Live Entertainment, Bingo, Fireworks, and THE PARADE IS BACK! It will end with a Kiwanis pancake breakfast on Sunday.
VillageFest is a 501c3 and community-run organization that looks to a variety of sources for contributions to make this celebration a success. We have activities for children, teens, adults and seniors. This is the only festival in town that has something for everyone, and we rely 100% on donations and volunteers.
We are kindly requesting your generous support. Your donation will help offset the costs incurred for VillageFest. Financial support goes directly to our budget to support the expenses of the festival. We are also looking for merchandise we can auction off in the Silent Auction as well as cash donations. Any merchandise or other items will be used for the Silent Auction to also aid in our fundraising at the event.
If you are interested in donating something for our Silent Auction, you can donate already made themed basket, or items to make a basket. We are also looking for items people can bid on, such as; gift certificates for merchandise, tickets to events, or items from your business.
Monetary sponsorship levels are as follows:
$1500+ Gold Sponsor
$1,000-1,499 Silver Sponsor
$500-999 Bronze Sponsor
$250-499 Copper Sponsor

Cash or merchandise donated at the Bronze Sponsor level will grant you and/or your business the above, plus your parade participants can carry a sponsor sign in the parade provided by the VillageFest committee to let parade goers know you are a sponsor at the Bronze level or above and your logo will appear on our website. You can also have a free spot at the vendor fair on Saturday.
If you donate at the Silver Sponsor level you will receive all the above benefits, you will be given credit for sponsoring an event. Some options are; Children’s DJ, one of the bands, the Parade, Bingo, Teen Center, or Pop Tent. We would need to have a commitment from you by Monday, June 26 in order to get your name on our literature – which would include our website, the Parade line-up documents, the schedule of events in the paper, and on our t-shirts. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
